The nav has gotten me lost more than once. It also does not give the easiest/quickest route. Sometimes when I pan out its got me going in circles.

Technology is not a relplacement for common sense and intelligence. There is another important navigation system that has been standard on all vehicles for many years now. It's called a windshield. Works pretty simply... you look through it.
