I have an 06 325 with the black one and want the one with the pearlscent strips,... would it fit??? I do have sports pkg, ... also,... what's the part number for that one???

Yea it fits, I did the same thing. PM Evan@Tischer and he'll help you out with the part number, they also have the best price on it.
