As stated I'm only looking for a local to swap as I no longer have the OEM wheel. PS a similar deal with similar price has been sold with the quickness so I don't think I'm asking too much.

Yes it's the same steering wheel on the new E90/92 M3.

The wheel is in perfect condition, lol. As of now considered it SOLD.
