E91 Rear Hatch

Hey, guys....

The rear latch cover, which is spring loaded, for the hatch on my E91 had been tweaked by the previous owner. Looks like a heavy object was dropped on it which broke the housing and bent the piano hinge type rod which made the thing inoperable...I added a DIY on how to fix it in the DIY section, but in short you can epoxy the plastic.....didnt take long and now works great.

If any of you E91 owners, I dont know if its the same for coupes and sedans, have a tweaked latch cover....this could save a few bucks....
