From what i read, the downpipe fix is used if you have inspection in your country/state.. you can clear the codes using jb4/cobb etc.. but during inspection you will fail the readiness without the downpipe fix..

Other codes still pop up (at least in my case), I had charge pressure too low code came up (which triggered an 'engine fault! reduced power' warning on the dash) while my JB4 had auto clear set to on.

How long did you drive for in each of these occasions?

I will always get an CEL ('engine fault! reduced power' warning) if I drive for >~15 minutes (usually happens when I'm maintaing steady speed) with JB4's auto clear function turned off.
