E93 4 wheel alignment help with results

Ok we went to Mexico last year for 3 months and there were unmarked speed bumps every where and one huge pot whole. Fast forward to today both my back tires that were replaced last September wore really bad and the chords broke through both tires with in two weeks. I replaced tires and got a four wheel inspection.
Please see the report. Note the car handled fine before just badtire ware. Now after the alignment I think it pulls both left and then right.
The mechanic said back driver side camber will not go into the green? He said some suspension parts may need replaced if it continues to ware. However, I’m not happy with fact that it seems to pull both ways wtf?
He used a New John Bean Alignment system… bout I asked him I was always tod in order to do a four wheel alignment they first apply traction or weight hanging off the steering wheel? He said he never heard of that.
Please give me your thoughts. He also said caster can not be adjusted in the car.
