Hello everyone, just tried to flash to MHD 1.84 Stage 2+ 91 octane and had a failed flash. I was switching from E30 and it was a long write, so I hooked up a charger and it was stuck at erasing section 1 of DME...I closed the app and reopened it and now MHD is unable to communicate with the DME at all. INPA does not show the DME either. I believe I bricked my DME, unsure what to do now and heartbroken.

Feelbadman, same thing happened to me a few says ago. It went from erasing sector 1 failure to unable to authenticate. How to recover? 🧐

One of my buddies had this issue a couple weeks ago and his car wouldn't crank. He said he put it on a battery charger and once the battery was charged up it could connect again and worked fine.

I ended up having to get the DME removed and sent to Bimmer ECU solutions to be recovered on bench. I was unable to contact the DME at all, which is a bit different fron your situation.
