MY2010 with base stereo speaker upgrade???

I understand that I have the worst audio system. I have spent time trying to figure out a simple question:
If I buy a decent 4" two-way (4 Ohm) to replace the door speakers and retain what ever wiring exists, cut and solder to the original wires and include the capacitor, flux gate or plasma gizmo connector, will that significantly improve the sound? I really don't want to change out the system, HU, Amp and so on if I can just get a little more clarity on the high ends. It may come to full replacement but its a real PITA.

You can get 5% efficiency just by changing the speaker and it will never satisfy you. The easiest method is to raise logic7. While it's not a perfect sound system, it's pretty satisfying

Almost any aftermarket system will exceed Logic 7.
Laws of audio physics apply sorry.

Speakers are already 2 ohm and the output of the head unit is something like less than 12 watts a channel.
