+1, I like the no drone and the sound for sure, but the price is way too much for the hp gains.

Please explain how sealing the vacuum line changes the HP numbers. Doesn't that line just go to a solenoid in the trunk?

i don't know the full details on what the vacuum line does but i posted a thread awhile ago and basically if you have a leak you will lose torque from the vacuum leak. didn't help much i know but maybe someone can give us full details

Good write up. One quick question regarding the ball bearing - did you find this out via trial and error? Did the Supersprint installation instructions mention anything about adding a ball bearing to the the vacuum line? Just wondering. And could you also provide a bit more information on how you sealed the vacuum line, does it matter where you put the BB, did you use glue? Sorry for the noob questions, just want to understand the process you went through. Thanks.

The ball bearing idea was mine since been using for many years in labs. If go for the GB then i give a proper $3 molded hose plug which is nice and neat. The tube sit at the clip so it work well.

this is a known thing for the vacuum line. search golf tee mod and you will see where it originated from. looking at my dyno graph if the vacuum line isn't properly sealed you will lose major torque so this must be saled. the bb is a bit bigger than the hole so when you stick it in it's stuck about 1-1.5 inches in. i used a lube of some kind to make the pushing easier . hope this answers all your questions.

eh at that time i just wanted exhaust. i originally had performance mods to come but i changed my mind to go for cosmetics and no performance mods. i can still get the downpipe for real cheap though to finalize my review but atm im just kicking it back i guess.
