LCI e90 fender to wheel hub distance

anyone know this distance on an LCI e90?

I got 92mm in front and 110 in the back....is that correct?

I see guys dishing out specs for wheels that would never work if this was the case unless they lifted the car haha...

cool site i am using to try and figure out what wheel and tire set up i wanna go with...

19x8.5 et20...225/40
19x9.5 et20...255/35

opinions? i know with xdrive i gotta keep diameter pretty close which is also a PITA of this process

You want 35/30 (not 40/35) aspect ratios on 19" tires

you say 35/30 cause the 40/35 wont fit...but the wheel specs can work with the right tires?

I say 35/30 because 40/35 are too tall on 19". The wheel specs are fine.

Those specs look pretty aggressive in the rear, especially for the tires. 35/30 is more ideal.

Fender work is going to be required, especially for the rear.

also curious about this topic and LCI models with rear wheels.

I thought if we (LCI) run 20s for offset and the rears, we would need to roll/shave fenders...

I know a safe setup for front is 8.5 wide with +30....

so with 35/30 set up with the 19s i should be alright without fender rolling/pulling ya?

I mean I can camber in a little but i dont think thatll be necessary

Frankly I don't get this, what are you really measuring. Normally the fitment are speced by wheel size and offset and tire size.

the greater the distance, the lower offset and wider tire, wider wheel can fit...

I think a more accurate/easier measurement would be from the face of you existing wheels to the lip of your fender.

why do you say that? i guess i am looking to confirm that measurement bc this site that I am using to scope out my setup uses the same measurement....

Well I imagine everyone's setup is going to be a little different, depending on their alignment, etc. So if you're trying to get exact measurements, you can usually take a look at how much clearance between your current wheels and your fender there is, and then adjust the wheel specs according to how much clearance you have. That's generally how a lot of people do it.

well for future reference... i measured 92mm from the face of the wheel hub to the middle of the edge of the fender for the front and 110mm from the face of the wheel hub to the middle of the edge of the fender for the rear

got my wheels and these measurements are exactly spot on after measuring again with the new wheels
