Bought a new chargepipe, sold the car instead, and can't return it since I waited too long. Paid $130. My loss is your gain.

It is still sealed in the shipping box from VRSF. I will also include (brand new OEM in the package) the seals for both ends ($45 at the dealer for the set).
I believe it will also work with an N54 too, but I cannot confirm that.
Buyer pays actual shipping. I assume around $10.
