Question E90 320i question

I am not new to BMW but new to E90. So I need more imput or comments about 320i.
Long story short. My wife friend of friend want sale their 6 month old BMW 320i.
Its Alpine white w/ gray interior, base model so nothing special & only 600km on clock.
Only they are asking 300,000RMB(38,000US$) with registration plate!
So since I want new company car and my wife told me why not?
(We run business together)
My question is
How dependable is this car? At least I drive 900km per week for commuting to 2 offices.
How comfortable for 2 adults in back seat?
How comfortable for 2 adults in back seat for 3hr long drive?
How may golf bag will fit in trunk space.

Thanks

If this doesn't scare you away from the 320i, probably nothing will:

320i is good enough for chinese road condition, since you cant drive over 60km/hr normally and you cant accelerate very fast on the street. Plus china is still selling 325i and 330i. it's not worth to spend that much on these old engines. The trunk isnt that big, but it will hold one large golf bag. Rear seat space is big enough for kids and teenager.
