Help - Serpentine Belt Blown - Why?

Hey guy's not sure if this is the right place to post this as I've never posted here before but I need help! My 2009 328i serpentine belt blew for the 2nd time in 2 months! It looks like it may have slipped off because of oil as my engine is gunked but I can not figure out where it's coming from, my oil filter housing gasket looks fine to me, please see attached video & photos. What should I do?

None of that looks fine to me, first step would be to degrease that motor as much as possible, then you may get a better picture of where the oil is coming from

Likely it’s the oil filter housing gasket, replace it anyway use genuine gaskets only

Next would be valve cover gasket, from my limited experience these should be first on your list, then once back together with a NEW belt check how the belt is running on the tensioner pulley, if off centre replace the tensioner

See how that goes

Does the tensioner pulley have any play or wobble?

Step1 - degrease the engine so it is clean
Step 2 - look at the back side of the OFH underneath the intake manifold for an OFHG leak
Step 3 - Check the exposed (i.e. the one not under the valve cover) cylinderhead bolt at the front of the cylinderhead to see if it is broken. If it is broken, the front cylinderhead bolts under the valve cover may be broken as well
Step 4 - Check the valve cover gasket for leaks
Step 5 - replace the belt tensioner and bolt, or just the bolt if the tensioner pulley has no play in it. Make sure to torque the bolt to spec, do not over torque it.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
