I guess that that didn't happen. Messages are broadcast with a delay on TV. Footage raised a false impression: Piastri had already received Zak Brown's message when he disconnected.

Same goes for "box, box" messages: often aired on TV when the driver is already driving inside the pitlane. When it's Ferrari, don't be surprised though to hear "Uh, st-stay out !" when the driver is already driving inside the pitlane, LOL.

It doesn't matter if it already happened or not and that it was said at that exact moment.
It's Singapore, the drivers have just driven a GP.
I think when they drive their cars into the paddock, there's only one thing on their mind, and that is to get out of that blazing hot car and get a cool drink, as they're about to faint.
They're not gonna wait and chat with their teamboss.
The disconnect because of the message is a narrative created by the media.

Man, the anti-norris crowd really are crybabies.
Think again: there's nothing wrong with being smart, but this was unsportsmanlike behavior by Norris. Sign of weakness: Lando perceives Max as a threat in the WDC. Can't see Piastri doing something like that.

Norris got warned by his team that Verstappen was approaching for his final Q3 push lap. Norris forced Verstappen into abandoning his chance to get pole position. We've seen it many times before how Verstappen can squeeze out a top lap time in the dying stages of a Q3, with the track being optimal (progressively 'rubbered' as the qualies move on).

Verstappen ain't no saint, definitely, but neither is Norris. Verstappen commented: "that's noted - will be remembered as well". An angry Verstappen is a dangerous Verstappen: bad idea to cross him with what he perceives as unsportsmanlike behavior - he's wired in a particular way (feel free to ask Perez what savage wrath he encountered during the Brazil 2022 GP with Verstappen subtly reminding him to Monaco 2022 Q3 as "I've got my reasons !").

Mark my words: Verstappen will 'settle the bill' with "Not Oscar" in one of the remaining 2025 race weekends, for example by helping Piastri getting the 2025 WDC at the expense of Norris. The moment when it will happen (a fierce defence of track position, a racing incident with DNF and the like), the very thought "Oh look, that was for Singapore Q3. Poor Lando." may cross your mind.

Proper analysis:

So in a nutshell NOR's plan swirling through his head in those moments of quali prevented MAX from being 10 points closer to NOR rather than just 3.

In Charlies case he did use the f-word methinks out of frustration and was ignored by stewards as not directed at anyone. Compounding the issues on their failing brakes would be like mercilessly slaying a brave gladiator in the Colosseum.

There is lenience when the driver is in action on track.

Last year, Johnny Herbert & C° penalized Verstappen for saying "the car was f**ked" during a press conference.
  • Sep 20, 2024 - 2024 Singapore GP: use of language "the car was f**ked" to describe his car, during the FIA Thursday Driver Press Conference, which is generally considered "coarse, rude" or may "cause offense" and is not considered suitable for broadcast

According to Racing.NL : Yuki's last race in the RB21 was the 2025 Singapore GP (!)
The Dutch article => https://racing.nl/formule-1/f1-coure...-de-weg-kwijt/
Yuki lost it completely...

If it is true .Damn (!) That's a shame

2020 G21 M340i  [10.00]
Clickbait title. He didn't "lose it" and also isn't going to get fired in the coming couple of day's. According to the Dutch analists he had a bad self assesment after the race and that his performance will mean his Red Bull career AFTER this season will be over. .

That's it. He has some big Honda backing, so probably wasn't going to stay at RBR in 2026 anyway.

Honda forked out millions to ensure Tsunoda getting the second RBR seat for the rest of the 2025 season once Lawson got into hot water and demoted.

But Tsunoda's failed 'tenure' at RBR will end the moment that he parks the car after the 2025 Abu Dhabi chequered flag (or earlier during that race in the event of a mishap). Despite some hope, he proved to be of virtually no use for Verstappen and the RBR WCC.

Honda may pay for him to be the reserve driver for Aston in 2026. Don’t think any other team would want him.

I know (of course) Honda's support to get Yuki in the RB21 seat was huge .
On the other hand :
If the Red Bull Team (WCC-P4) still wants to get a chance to finish in the WCC top-3 , then it's possible that Yuki will be replaced by Hadjar in the next races of this season.
Especially currently (so it looks like) as Mercedes is getting stronger and is scoring many WCC ponts.
I'm not sure if the Red Bull Team and Honda wants to sacrifice a WCC top-3 to keep Yuki in the RB21 seat for the rest of this season.
And if Hadjar would be faster than Yuki in the RB21 that's the $Million question..

And of course , the Dutch Racing.NL article can be click bait .
We'll see it soon enough at COTA (oct. 17/19)

I know Lollipopman comics made an announcement (I think about half a year ago?) that he was gonna do only certain races because of the time it takes to make the video's, but I guess there's so much happening in F1 that every race there's a comic, sometimes even a short to go with it too
F1 is one big soap
