I would appreciate a link for ISTA-D and Standard Tools. I am planning to install it on a PC with Windows 10. I have a cable from BimmerGeeks.

I have the cable from BimmerGeeks, which is supposed to be good quality. I have Windows 10 Pro. I have tried to install BMW Standard Tools from several places. The installation stops because of an error with FTDI drivers. I have installed the drivers for Windows 7-11 from the FTDI site. Are there instructions on how to update the driver manually in Device Manager? What is the Device Type? Is it Universal Serial Bus Controller? I found about 10 drivers for FTD listed but Window will not install any of them. Auto install also does not work.

Hi Shawn,
May I get a link for NCS Expert. Replaced my faulty CIC unit and need to code it to get the audio to work!(same year CIC). Also if you know of any DYI threads that has instructions that would be great. Thanks

Had a download on my computer of Ista but drive crashed was just getting familiar how to use it, now I have issue with Mulf2 says i need to code it for my e60, any downloads woud help
