Any one with knowledge n55 intake studs!!

I was doing a oil filter gasket job today and when I was putting the intake back on I was using a shit torque wrench and I over torqued the bolt/nuts and the one bottom middle stripped I tryed to take the stud out but it's like there is a nut on the inside of the block that wouldn't let me take it all the way out so I just put it back in but it's stripped how screwed am I? How in depth is it to put a new stud? Will it be OK as is? This is a nightmare...

If the stud is stripped you would use a tap and die set to re tap it with another thread.. thats i think the easiest solution.
