Hope you guys had fun. I had too much on my plate this afternoon, what with meeting for lunch with a friend in the springs, and then trying to clean the condo for the friend who was going to stop by for dinner but cancelled after the burgers were already marinating. Oh well ...

On my trip back from the springs I got a wonderful rock chip on the windshield. FRAK!!! I swung by Murray and they said they'd fix it for me Monday morning. The guy said he figured $35-45, would take around two hours.

That sucks! That's why I don't like driving the bimmer this time of year.

Yeah ... Came off a plow too ... I was in the left lane and about 5 car lengths back in the left waiting for the car in front of me to get over so I could punch it blow around him. I could see the bloody thing fly through the air and impact. Not quite sure why CDOT had a plow on I-25 near Monument unless they were moving it somewhere else for the next bout of denverites on ice.

Just get the Permatex windshield repair kit from any autoparts store or Walmart....that kit works really well and is only $5.

Oh and sorry bout backing out last minute guys....

Give Justin Blackburn a buzz at Intrigue Detail off Sante Fe and Dartmouth. He offers a product called Clearplex that does wonders for protecting windshields from chips and stuff. I plan to get it installed once I get a new windshield this summer.
