Matt, btw, I have all the extended lugs, the spacers (15mm rear and 3mm front) in my posession. Just came back from dealer after they took them off the 335.
I just wish I would have taken that damn MSport wheel off and put the old sport wheel back on so I could unload that. |

My best was 12.975 @ 107.15 with full bolt ons (less DV's) on 91 octane + meth in a 335xi 6AT. |

But really, as much as I want to believe you guys about light wheels, I still don't buy the theory. This is just like the theory of aftermarket DP's, fmic's, etc. They help very little. |

I think the best I ran at Bandi on my first time out there with the M was about 14.7 @98ish... Pretty crappy. But I couldnt figure out the best configuration for launching so I kept spinning the tires or bogging down. But when we went to LVMS my best time was 13.5 @107.... I was hooking up much better down there. I think I have the settings finally figured out.

you guys don't know that... I never tested the gains from just the wheel/tire package.
And my time in LVS was equal to my best here but the altitude was lower along with the DA and i had my 189's on. So in my case it really can't be proved or used as an example. At the end of the day, ligher is better. And heavy ass 18's or 19's always hurt performance of a car. In the case of the DP's, those didn't help me at all nor did the intercooler. I ran the same times with those on the car as i did off the car. I don't think it mattered at my power level, those probably help with cars that make 400+ HP. IMO |

Plus I want to believe that downpipes and an intercooler make a difference since I spent money on them. |

Branding and I will be going June 1st. Sid, I ran a 14.8 a couple weeks ago with a crappy start. I need some more practice. Branding should have the active autoworks software on by then too.
