Just ordered the last one currently listed on Amazon.com.

I already have two cameras in the car: one forward-facing with GPS speed burn-in, and a second rear-facing.

My plan is to replace the forward-facing, then move the GPS one to rear-facing. -That way, I can CHOOSE whether or not to add speed data to any video evidence I Provide, by simply not releasing rear-facing video. -If it suits me, I can disclose speed etc. If not... then I will only release forward-facing video.

Six days ago I was driving back home at the end of a 200-mile round trip, and got tailgated by some jerk who gave EVERY indication of being seriously drunk. Slewing wildly across lanes, unable to regulate speed, drifting into bike lanes and suddenly correcting...
After they passed me, they did the same to other cars. Ended up being behind them for about 10 minutes, before becoming so alarmed at how strikingly dangerously they were driving, I ended up dropping the dime on them. I called 9-1-1 and when the cop arrived, I offered him the video evidence, in case it was needed.

-In the end, the driver was SO utterly wasted, there was no need for camera evidence.

Driving after a drink is one thing, but there were several dozen occasions during this episode where if there had been a cyclist on the road... they would have been dead. Simple as that.

I contacted seller on amazon.com about not being able to order it in canada. He posted the item in amazon.ca and i bought it april 5th. I have not recieved this item yet. Almost a month. How long is it taking everyone else to get thiers?

With 3 min per video setting the file size is approx. 294Mb, so 32Gb card should store somewhere between 5-5.5 hours of recordings.

They're not going to be on the android phone. You are just seeing a live stream of what the camera is recording via the phone. The video files are on the SD card. You need to remove the SD card and insert it into your PC.

In iPhone version, when you go to Medias/Device Videos you can see camera clips and download them to your phone, but it is painfully slow. I agree, simply remove the SD card and copy video files on your computer - works much better.

Ok, got one of these installed, installed the app from the barcode in the manual (shady web address, NOT play store)... and it crashes every time! I'm on a 6P on 7.1.1

Anyone have this happen? It's completely useless without the app, and I can't find a legit one on the play store. I might have to return this. :-(

Ya delete that. Open your security options and check the box for unknown sources. Go back to the play store and search CYHY. It will come up then.

It's already checked, and no results. I installed it on an old tablet I forgot I had, and it works. It's definitely a 7.x issue.

Nexus 6P. I've seen a couple of comments saying that it didn't work for them on 7.x ...pretty disappointing. I use the phone for MHD/XHP, and the tablet is a piece of crap. I guess once I set it up I don't have to use it much after. I can just pop the SD card out. I just wish they would actually support the app.

Ya since the BMW is so iphone friendly I may be switching over from andriod. Not completely sure I want to though.

Got this camera a couple of weeks ago and have to say it works great and highly recommend. I did have a problem with the sunroof after install, but after disconnecting the power cable to the camera and resetting the sunroof then turning off the car and reconnecting the power back up to the camera everything seemed to work just fine after.

It appears when you insert the wiring harness if forces you to have to reset the sunroof and the sunroof would not reset with the power connected to the camera.

Weird. I did not have that issue. But glad you got it cleared up.
