Anyone had any dealings with Reco Prop

Looking to have my prop balanced but not having ever had it done before wondered if anyone had used these guys?

Mark be careful mate, I don't think there are any places that have the correct tooling to connect to the 335i prop flanges. I spoke to my custom place and they had never seen it before.

Shame you have an auto as I have a manual prop sitting in my garden...

Hey mate, I have a slight vibration that gets worse over 80mph. I think it is drive train related down to the back end constantly going out of alignment i'm guessing the prop has been worn and so , out of balance [ does that make sense?]

Do you think i would be better off buying another prop ? There are a few on ebay for autos.

I doubt it would've gone out of balance as I've seen them do much more mileage on older BMWs and not need rebalancing. Did you change the centre bearing?

Try to get one with the full support (black metal bits) rather than just the bearing itself mate.
