I'm doing the Denville NJ one on the 4/19.

I don't know why I do these things ....it really is torture!

I know exactly how you feel! I'm not a runner myself but volunteer to work the finish line to remove the timing chips from the runners....it is not a pleasant sight seeing all these people in agony after they complete the race. I've also heard that putting your fingers in a vise and tightening the screws is almost as pleasurable...

People are in agony over a 5k run? I run 5k after lunch every day at work... and I'm overweight!!!

If I lived closer I'd totally enter!

If your not in Agony at the finish line your leaving energy on the table! Thats rule #1 of competitive running.

Heh... no walk, jog, run for me. I run straight 5k's.

I'm not running it in 15 minutes like some of these crazy fools... I run it in 28 and I'm tired.. but not in agony.
