Recommend me a good place to get my bumper cut

Okay so i got my new Remus race quads and i went to a place to get my rear bumper cut so it can fit. They said they have to repaint my bumper after cutting it, but it looks like lots of people do it without repainting and it turned out great... I also need to get my stock pipe cut a bit so the exhaust wont stick out...Turns out the price will be over 1grand... anyone know a shop that will do it without the unnecessary repaint? if not im just gonna save up and buy a new bumper with quad diffuser as that seems more reasonable and worth the money... No way im gonna spend over 1grand for just some quick cut outs... Please recommend me a place preferably near Long Island NY or Queens =[ i really want these exhaust on asap....

Cut this yourself with a razor, quite easy.

To be honest, the cut bumper will never look stockissh, even if a shop does it. Buy the Hamman rep diffuser or go full mtech but let me warn you full mtech with a nice diffuser will run you 1400. Do not spend money on making the stock bumper look good with 4 pipes, its not worth it, you are going to want to go mtech sooner or later. The quad diffusers accent the 4 pipes and make everything look like it belongs together. Just save your cash or buy exactly what you want the first time, take it from someone who takes 3 or 4 opportunities to get exactly what i want and end up wa$ting ton$ of ca$h !!!.

Yes 700 i believe for the bumper and 3-400 to paint. The diffuser was around 500 i think. The Remus exhaust was 1200. The rear cost close to 3k.
