Thanks man!! I do wish I went coils in retrospect; you won't regret it! The only reason I went with springs is because I never had the intent to mod the car like I have, lol. Spiraled out of control pretty fast.

Yeah I did springs/shocks in the past and regretted it and so I told myself I wouldn't do that again. I have a feeling that might be the same case for me once I get the car paid off.

Yeah, I was thinking about that! Probably go with a gloss black wrap or semi-gloss if I can find it.
I'm sure gloss black wrap would look nice on your car!

I'm pretty sure this is the best looking E90 I've seen. Just perfect and makes me miss my Crimson so much. Very well executed. Let's get some M3 mirrors installed next.

OP, your car is looking amazing. I actually came across it on Instagram today. Crimson Red really is a great color on the e90.

Thanks man, too kind of you to say!

Yeah those mirrors would look good, I think! Adding that to the list for sure!

Thank you sir!

I wish I could help you with those wheels, not sure what they are. If I come across them I'll update you if you haven't figured it out by then.

Edit: Well that was quick. I asked my brother and he told me it was the factory BMW X5 wheel. The E53:

I'll see if I can find out what they are! The owner of that car is selling the wheels coilovers and spacers for £750

Is this still on the H&R Sport Springs? and are you using any spacers?

Applied with a sponge brush. It's held up though, has not hazed since.
Thanks for sharing this info

Questions:
1. Did you use a satin sealer as pictured? or was it a different level gloss?
2. How have they been holding up to date?
3. For buffing, did you use a DA and various level abbrasive polishes? That part is kind of important

They looks so nice and clean, I have been wanting to do mine but all constantly read it's something you have to upkeep on every several months once you take the plunge.

Ride looks killer, SDC's FTW! TIA

They've been holding up pretty well, though do to some of the unfortunate things that happened with my car, I've developed a scratch on the lens. Going to try to maybe buff it out this weekend.

In regards to the sealer, we used the one pictured -- I'll try to take some current photos when I get around to washing the car hopefully this weekend!

We did use a DA and went least aggressive to most aggressive on the compounds...just enough to where we could get it out, then polished from there, then sealed with the sealer.

Thank you for the compliments! I'll try to get pics for you soon.

Custom Widebody ?

This is kind of off topic but does any one know where I can get a bolt on wide body kit for my 328i drive? Thanks!

First, I came down a steep driveway to the point of no return. Ended up with a nice parting gift from the slope Gods:

Which was swiftly repaired:

...and then a week later, messed up again. (From a valet this time, not my own doing)

Once that was repaired...I found myself driving down 95, and I guess my kidney grille was loose and flew off.

I was like: Oh, I'll just stop and get it.

...then I saw a truck run it over in my rear view.

Few days later, I was visiting a friend...ran over an entire tire on an exit ramp.

To add insult to injury, my other grille flew off.

THANKFULLY that same day the new pair came in:

So this PAST weekend, I managed to fix it all, and to celebrate, I painted my mirrors black:

Oh yeah, then after 2 months, my wheels finally came in

Now to get these things on and see how they look.
What color are the F14's?
