Woke up this morning to notice two holes in my front bumper where the headlamps washers used to be. Can they be levered out by some thieving scroat with a screwdriver or could they have powered themselves out of their mechanisms into the road whilst driving.

There's no damage or screwdriver marks on the bumper.

They're actually relatively easy to remove. All you need to do is get a pick or something of the sort and slip it under the cover and then you'll be able to pull the nozzle out and unclip the washer covers from there. Hope that explanation makes sense.
