Replaced dipped beam, still error code intermittently
I have a 08 335i E93, which the left side OEM xenon bulb starting dying.
I replaced it with an eBay 6k xenon bulb/ballast on both sides https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F222564791966 Started up the car and everything was working perfectly, no errors codes. However after about 15 miles, an error code came up on my CCC again for the same left side dipped beam. I stepped out the car and could see the left dipped beam was not on, but the right side was. I switched off the lights and turned them back on, and back started working again. Since then, randomly, I get dipped beam error code on my dash, and after switching the lights on and off, it goes away. What could be the problem? |
