I don't think stock muffler is available at this time cuz no aftermarket exhaust for 335i.

modifications? like cutting your trunk pan? sure! MAYBE JUST MAYBE then. it's a whole new style of exhaust, TRUE dual, from the headers to the mufflers

I dont know, but would guess he has a 335i and he wants one exhaust to keep stock and one to mod by cutting out the seconday cats and possibly some other cheap mods such as cutting out some of the bends to reduce restriction. The modded one can be used with an xede chip without having to buy the accompanying 1700 dollar exhaust? Just a guess.
