Noooooooooooo June 2nd, saturdays are always bad for meets, look at our last big meet for example.
1st more cars on the road (doesn't apply for manhattan there are always too many car there, but you get my point)
2nd people plan to do less things on sunday. and if we just running through the city we still get seen for showing off and all.

June 3rd would be the better day. I've been to enough meet sunday meets are always better than saturday meets.

let's do it around the wall street area, meet point in manhattan! I'm sure I can go find a spot, but I will be out of the city this weekend. Keba330 do you think you can go scout a spot? I have no problem doing it just won't be around to go check out a meet point that's all I'll be down south in New Orleans. or does anyone know a spot down there? we'll run up through 42nd street and then hop on the west side highway, I think that should be a great way to do it, and then off to bear mountain!

well it's not that we can't do it more than once, no problem with that matter of fact M5board is having another meet this weekend also, but the point remains the OP said later this month or early June, it's the OP's decision. I'm just playing Devil's advocate here.

But any meet on a saturday sucks, I'll tell you that much. and if you are doing a run it has to be early in the morning unless you might as well not do it. anybody who thinks they can do a well put together run midday (11am-8pm) clearly hasn't been to a well put together run, lol. The earlier you start the more chance of fun, later you start more chance of traffic esp on saturday when most people are off.

How about near the Seaport. I know there is a small parking lot where the TLCs usually park there cars. I think it's behind Abercrobie, not sure what the name of the street is though.

We could do it more than once but the only thing is not everyone will be out on such a short notice.... I'm one of them not good for this weekend, plus it's just make sense to push it back.. June 3rd is a great day.... More time so everyone could make some kind of plan, with it being 4 Sundays away.. I will try to go scope out a spot for the meet in the city on sunday so i can get a clear idea of an ideal spot..... Have fun in N.O. Simple 1 i heard it's 190 degrees in the shade lol.
