Immaculate BBS CH wheels with tires

Item Interest
Mint condition pairs of BBS CH 19x8.5 +35 and 19x10 +20 with Yokohama ADVAN Sport tires, 235/35 and 275/30. The front tires have around 80% tread remaining and the rears have around 60% remaining.

Looking for $2350 for the entire set up. Buyer pays actual shipping and PayPal fees. Thanks.

In order for these to fit an e90, would I need to shave 10mm off the rear wheels back pad (effectively tucking it under the fender another 10 mm)?
