# of Torque for Tensioner & Pulleys for N54?

I am going to be replacing the tensioner and pulleys on my 335i (n54) sometime in the next few days.

I did catch on the n52 that you make the pulley something like 18 pounds plus a 90 degree turn and the tensioner 30 pounds plus a 90 degree turn.

Anyone have the proper torque for the N54 and extra degree of turn?
