On my side, it shows 10 seeds for the big vm and 15 seeds for the lite vm...
It also shows 1 leach for big and 0 for lite.

I installed big one couple of days before and converted it to Mac Parallels VM. After couple of configuration on ( around 5 mins, max. ) it was ready and I confirm that download package is intact and VM is working just fine. Big thanks for the VM provider. Love from Czech Republic.

Hi guys,

I think I have done every think right but I still have troubles with Rheingold only (no issue with ISTA/P).

I have downloaded the VM, installed VMware v12, and bought a USB to OBD device. My USB to OBD device seems to be installed properly on the VM, configured as COM9 as in the instructions. However when I launch Rheingold using the desktop icon, a black window opens and stays black no matter what.

In the meantime, I have used ISTA/P without any issues => my USB to OBD device is working and is probably configured correctly.

Following my not working VM, I have downloaded everything from link mentioned above and I have yet another issue. All the standard tools are working but for some reason, the #5 pre-install (which seems to be just the installation of java 8) is not working. This time I get a white window and nothing ever happens.

Java v5 was already installed on my computer so I uninstall it and try to install java 8 but I get the same result over and over. Do you guys have any idea on how to solve this issue ?

Not received much help but never mind...

I have finally solved my problem and the solution is quite simple so I will explain it in case this ever happen to someone.
So java 8, contained in the pre-install package you can find on bimmergeeks.com was refusing to install for some reason. I simply install latest java v12 which was willing to be installed on my computer. After that everything started to work nicely. I just used ISTA to tell my car a new battery is in so the car is happy again.

Confirmed working on Mac with VMWare Fusion Virtual Machine. The standard BimmerGeeks ISTA D download worked perfectly first time too.
