2011 335i n55 won’t Accelerate over 60 mph check on engine light comes on

Vehicle won’t accelerate over 60 mph check engine light comes on but when I go to check it is no longer there. Vehicle idols normally turns on with no problems the only thing it won’t accelerate over 60 mph can anybody give me a hand with this please.

Scan for codes as it could be anything. Possible water pump failure but who knows.

This is useless unless you scan for codes. The fact that your car keeps going into limp mode is a sign that you have a serious issue on hand. You should not be driving it until you scan for codes and narrow down the problem. If for example your water pump failed and you keep driving then you are gonna have a bad day. Scan for codes.

No codes, but I figured it out one of the vacuum hoses was pop out on the solenoid. Pop it back on and everything when back to normal. Thanks anyway
