Rear shock absorbers

Been informed I have a leaking rear shock so, when I look on Euro Car Parts there are 2 different options shown ( plus 3 different manufacturers), does any one know the correct part?

2 different options are most likely going to be M sport and Non m sport so choose accordingly.
As for manufacturer cant go wrong with sachs

i got a meyle kit from e bay..that was e 46 though.as said in another thread it was £80 it includes dust covers and bump stops/mounts etc
