Valvetronic noise

For several days, my car has been making a noise in the engine bay when opening the doors. Although there is no error on the panel and everything works fine, I connected the diagnosis and the error 2DD6 appeared.
Thanks to the error I looked for videos of valvetronic problems in N55 and the sound was the same:

So here my doubts, the valve cover was replaced less than 2000kms ago, can it be related?
With 40000KMs already replaced the valvetronic motor, with 90000KMs was replaced again the valvetronic motor and the Eccentric Shaft.
Is it normal that it has broken again for the third time?
Is it dangerous to continue using the car like this?

Thanks
