I agree that it's low enough as is...right now I have nice even gaps all around in my wheel wells. If you go lower I think it just looks funky...plus I already have go slow or angled over most inclines to keep from scraping...

Throw some Eibach springs in there and call it a day. Check if it needs new shocks and maybe upgrade to Bilstien B6s or B8s.

If I recall some base model pre-LCIs need spacers or the wheels stick far into the wheel well and looks quite odd.

Don't do it solely for looks. Avoid H&R you're not a trackboi, Eibachs are the way to go springs-wise for a daily. As to what some of the other posters said on here, you can purchase a set of Eibach springs for ~$200, not very expensive for quality parts. If you can't afford that don't bother anything regarding suspension unless necessary, anything cheaper than a set of springs will screw something up or look horrible. I'm sure there will be a plethora of things that the $200 will be more useful for in the future.

Hopefully not crappy, heavy, low-quality wheels for "looks". The only wheels I would consider putting on my car over OEM wheels are BBS, preferably the OEM BBS wheels from the 320si.. Anything else is objectively not worth it at all.

If he was closer, I'd be all over that, especially considering that I have the M Sport suspension. Oh, well.

OP: When I first got my E90 with Sport Pkg, I installed Eibach Pro Kit springs and ran it that way for three years before the shocks finally started to go, but that was the Sport Pkg, and you said that you don't have the Sport Pkg. But it may be worth a look. I know everyone is saying don't change it, but if that's what you have your heart set on, then it may be the cheapest short term solution for you. It still rode very well, and handled great, plus it eliminated most of the wheel well gap and looked very nice.

Agree. If anything I'd like to raise mine!

Yep, I feel the same. I have a non-sport suspension E90 and it's already low enough for me. In the first 3 weeks I had my car I managed to scrape the bumper on parking spot stoppers 3 times! Nowadays I'm extremely careful though.

Getting an E92 M3 soon, I can't imagine how low that would be like.

What are some good options for me?
Bilstein B12 kit at around $800.00, would be you best bet. You don't want to just throw on a set of lowering springs. The springs should be tuned to the shocks & struts your matching them with. The B12 kit does this. You could even get matched, upgraded sway bars too for about $275.00 more.

This is a very important point that often gets overlooked. Springs and struts work as one system and should be bought/matched appropriately. Buying a set of springs not appropriately matched to your struts will cause leaks in the future. While its possible to just buy just springs and mix and match without issues, its often harder to do so and thus recommended to buy a kit that has springs that complement the shocks.
