all you need to know is the wheel that spins the easiest will spin, meaning if one wheel has less traction that wheel spins, I have a hardcore offroader and obsess over locking diffs, LSD are really for pavement cars

most everyone on this forum won't need a LSD unless you see snow

If u drive like a gramma, then its true.

Its ridiculously easy to loose tradition on wet road with 335i even with dtc on

And by the way lsd will greatly improve 0-60 time as well.

WTF I have one and never had one issue with DTC/DSC! With DTC on you can pull a lot of angle without DTC intervening, really nice. If you overdo it, it pulls you in. In DSC the only thing you would notice is that is orange light in your dash doesn't blink that often anymore and that you have shitloads of traction coming out a bend, roundabout and even in the straight from low speeds.

Same thing as Mini's EDLC.

I know, I know it's not a mechanical one, but IMO, much better than nothing.

yes they do... but is not comparable. I just uses the brakes preventing the inner wheel from spinning and it becomes active only when DTC/DSC is turned completely off.
