No. It was too cold in March. Plus I could only maintain 155 for a few seconds before i either came up on another car or my wife freaked out and told me to slow down. Lots of fun though. Didn't feel like I was going fast till I hit 140

getting ready to order 335i coupe in space grey(of course!) with jade grey interior and I am really torn on trim- aluminum vs. Grey poplar. My concern is that with grey poplar interior will feel to dark and confined. My concern with alum is that it may be too many colors-breaks up dash too much. Also any thoughts on whether alum is too hot to the touch after roasting in sun? I am in arizona. Any thougts and more pics are welcome. Thanks!

In my opinion, I prefer the aluminum. I've never seen jade grey with aluminum before though. Yeah it gets hot (rarely) but so worth it! i love mine!

get gray poplar
if you get aluminum with jade gray and space gray, it will be a washout. gray poplar will add more contrast what will accentuate the lines of the interior

I'd get grey poplar. I think aluminum only look good with a dark interior.

and that is why I was thinking alum with the dash being black so that it would break up all black dash-
anyone know if alum is hot in direct sun ( more than poplar?)
