ok so heres what it sounds like... i read about ticking being normal but this is loud and annoying... and the whining noise sounds like a belt?

maybe bad bearings in one of the pulleys? Sounds like somethings off balance.

definitely not wastegate rattle, sounds like a pulley or some sort
