I have an 08 328i with 6mt, new trans @ 90k, around 115k at the moment

Last night I pushed the car a little bit on the highway, after I woke up this morning I noticed a vibration/shudder that I can feel through the throttle and can hear from the shifter/center control stack. This vibration only occurs when under heavy or wide open throttle in 2nd gear from 4k-5.5k rpm. I don't really know where to begin since it is such a specific frame that it vibrates.
