Car spit out check engine and shut down cylinder 4 injector and has constant misfire. Pulled codes it appears to be valvetronic issue. Appeared out of blue.

Sorry to hear. Never had this issue, but I had surging rpms at startup and decided to replace the valvetronic motor + reprogram. I also replaced the ignition coils. Car only surges once now.

I recommend switching out the ignition coils for Delphi (buy all 6 at once), clear codes, then drive. If valvetronic code comes back then maybe the valvetronic motor needs to be changed.

Past couplw of weeks been blistering hot so just been driving my E91 will start digging this week, My small window unit in garage can't keep up with 9 days of 90 degrees, So I was not even considering going in the garage
