New To The BMW World

Purchased the car last week and I'm in love with this thing.

2013 335is MT - 21k miles, fully loaded (put on 1k in a week, can't stop driving the thing hah)

The wheels came on the car (275/30/19 rear, 245/35/19 front), the grip and handling are amazing. Pretty sure they're replicas but haven't had a chance to take them off and inspect yet. Will do that once my black lugnuts and new BMW center caps arrive. Since I've had the car I've installed the BMW performance cf spoiler, color matched front bumper reflectors and BMS short throw clutch stop. Only negative I have about this car are the brakes which could definitely use some improvement, besides that I don't have a bad thing to say about the car.

Just wanted to say hi and was curious if anyone on this forum owned this car at one point. It was a lease turn in and the previous owner put the wheels on.

Sweet ride, welcome! And happy modding. Look up the clutch helper spring removal mod, you will love it!

What's your issue with brakes? what pads does it have? And do you have steel braided lines, if not an easy and cheap upgrade.

Brakes are stock. Nothing is wrong with the brakes, I just feel for a car like this it should have better brakes, they fade a little too fast. It's the cars weakest link imo.

Let the mods begin. Next step for me is brakes. I'm thinking 911 fronts. If you want real braking and don't want to break the bank, that's the mod to do.

Here you go. 380 mm rotors. Brembo 6 piston 911 porsche calipers. Plug and play. $2000. Cheaper than other bbk out there and probably as good or better.

Those are pretty! And the 380's make it even sexier.

Drilled and slotted rotors, paint the calipers to match. They make a 4 piston matching rear kit but what's the point. Front does 70% of the braking.

Agree with "above", plus install a caliper plate for better looks. Here is one for example for an Audi application, but purpose the same. https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...ch/8k0698221a/

Great kit. Just wish it didn't require 19's!
