Misfire? No. The engine is BROKEN. People listening to a 5 second YouTube video will not be able to tell you how. Could be a thrown rod, broken flex disc, 20 other things. It will need to be inspected and possibly disassembled by a knowledgeable mechanic.
If you want internet nerds to throw useless wild-ass guesses at you, you could provide information. Onset of symptoms (money shift?), puddle of oil, etc.

Look for what? This sounds like rod bearings. On the bottom end of the engine. Can’t see that vie spark plug opening.

I think it might be the tensioner for the chain
