You cut open the muffler/mufflers, remove the fiberglass packing, cut out the "swiss cheese pipe" weld in straight pipe, replace fiberglass filling, weld it up and you now have better sounding exhaust. Its a budget mod that most shops over charge for.

If your a handy guy, easy way to save money for better sound.

Someone posted up the inside of a 335d muffler on a Facebook group I'm apart of, thought maybe you 335i guys could use these instead of ripping apart your stockers. Just a thought!

Definitely avoid L&G they charge arm and a leg lol. Called KTM gave them my number never receieved a call back guess they don't want my business. Ended up going to felix muffler, for a really good price and did it fast, in like 2 hours, had a whole team of 4 guys rotating to do mine haha, they even put on my carbon fibre m exhaust tips for me =).

Did everything i requested exactly how i wanted it (i was super picky), high temp black rust proofed my mufflers too. But make sure u ask if they have 2.5 inch piping before u do it.

Sounds like a beast now with downpipes, had to turn on my cold start reduction after lool, if anyone wants to see how it sounds before they go hit me up

Was just at Felix Muffler yesterday for the PE mod on my e90 335i on account of the rave reviews posted here...

Sound is tasteful and not over the top which is exactly what I was going for...

Great work for the good price and the guys are all top shelf, super easy going, friendly and they don't mind you hovering around their shop checking out the process and asking questions...all of which is important for any car enthusiast when their ride is getting surgery done

Gt customs in Pickering has a lot of experience doing this on BMWs. They do it for 250 to 300 total for the 335.
