Top mounts and coilovers ?

I've just got some KW Street Comfort Coilovers for my e91 and wanted to understand how the top mounts work with them. Do you just re-use the bmw ones or are they different.

They'll either come with their own adjustable top mounts, or you re-use/buy new OEM ones.
