Thanks for the info. Last week, I had my oil changed at 5500 miles (6 months). I just could not take it anymore. I am sending in a sample the tech got for me to Blackstone and we shall see what it's status is. Maybe I wasted the $60, maybe not. For $30 I'll find out.

You said in another post, that the engine will break in better if you leave the first oil to 15k. I just don't get it. Could you explain more? I would think the less contaminants the better.
