Coolant Leak

Has anyone encountered a coolant leak at the pictured location? I'm guessing its just a bad o ring. I imagine I will need to drain my radiator to remove this hose safely?

Coolant hose

What year and model? Auto or Manual? Will have a quick look at the part diagram
