2006 BMW 325i N52 engine ticking- the one thread to rule them all

So I decided to buy a used BMW, no service history, 100k kms. Car runs great, small oil leaks, and a constant ticking noise. Already tried the recommended lifter bleed with no audible change in lifter noise. Oil has been recently changed.
Car is out of warranty and rebuilding it all is not an option.

Really getting tired of it any solutions?

This is the current sound of my car. I am thinking that maybe it is an exhaust leak.

sounds like mine. nothing will really fix that.

ive tried everything: 5 different engine oils weight, 2x engine cleaners, 2x oil stabilizers, running it at redline for hrs.

Its a head design flaw.
