Adding Extended after short milage overage from inital

I was informed initially by a service rep that I could extend my maintenance & warranty with minimal mileage overage from the initial 50k.

The finance/warranty person now says I cannot get the Gold package, as I want, & am limited to Pro Plus. Which worries me for a diesel.

I have a 2011 335d.

I'm at 51,408 miles.

Is this BS?

I would think it's bs.

Try discussing with the manager or something. Worst case is that you can pay for a full, detailed inspection and then they should allow you to buy the package you wanted assuming the inspection produced a clean-slate on the vehicle's health.
