FS DCT gear
Hey guys, originally bought this stuff for my own project I was going to do, but never went ahead with that build.
DCT box from N54 car - 40,000km DCT shifter and base (base needs to be replaced as park cable was cut) DCT shifter loom, and loom cut for splicing into car harness DCT engine harness MSD81 ecu 8 litres DCT oil brand new new DCT pan and filter (just incase) Box was running fine when removed, and have fitted to a car and driven it since to test that car and it's smooth as butter. Perfect for someone wanting to do a DCT swap. Factory auto lines bolt up with factory auto cooler. Both manual and auto tailshafts are about 20mm longer so can be shortened to suit. but do have front half of shaft to suit 335i Basically to complete this swap you would need the follow: -DCT flywheel. -If you have 2009.01+ car you number is - 21 20 7 590 853 ( 6 bolts 11 22 7 520 706 ) -If you have 2009.01 < car you number is - 21 20 7 593 469 ( 8 bolts 11 22 7 520 706 ) The different about flywheel only in bolts pattern. -Rear differential 2.56 -61 31 9 192 483 - park system for DCT and if your car is pre 09/2008 would also need: MSD81 ECU (12 14 7 616 431 ) - if you have 2008/03 just skip this part DSC Pump (34 51 6 789 308 or 34 51 6 863 356 ) - if you have 2008/09 just skip this part DSC Sensor (34 52 6 780 334 or 34 52 6 850 375 ) - if you have 2008/09 just skip this part DSC Sensor plug (http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...95&hg=34&fg=20 ) - if you have 2008/09 just skip this part I can’t find this part #17 . But I buy used harness from car 2009+ and get this plug from it. JBE2 or JBE3 ECU (61359286790 ) - if you have 2007/09 just skip this part DCT shift paddles or m3 shift paddles link to swap guide is easily found via google. all located in brisbane. Also have a 3.08 diff for 335 which would work and most likely make the dct hell nicer to drive. having said that the new f80/f82 comes with a 3.45 diff which is stock auto ratio, so could leave the diff really. So for everything I have for the conversion. I am chasing $3500 |
