Got a text from rob saying he thinks he found the issue. He's testing now. Keep y'all updated.

Thats great news. Might I ask what the problem was or thinks it might have been?

Update: fixed! From rob - "It was semi simple. I was trying to tell the modules in the car to be quiet. Some of the modules would randomly start talking as the wipers were finishing. Turns out one model already told every thing to be quiet. thank you again."

So is Rob and COBB tuning putting out a firmware and beta fix for all of us?

I have a version of the update on mine right now but don't want to mess with it since I need my darn obd readiness to finish and set as "ready". Inspection ran out this month and all this flashing keeps on resetting it. Probably to go out this weekend and try to do all the different steps to set it so that i can pass

The install on my 07' 335xi went fine but when testing it on the highway today I noticed the speed limiter is in fact still enabled. The car went up to about 137 (indicated) on the speedo before the car refused to go any faster. Isn't COBB supposed to delimit to 198 or so MPH?

Anyone else had this problem?

I dont think the AP removes the speed limiter, non sport package cars are limited at like 130 and sport package cars are limited at 155

Wonder if we will get the firmware update today. I'm not working today and would love to get installed and do some test drives!

It is supposed to take off the delimiter, but I don't think it's been implemented yet.

The map notes say it's been delimited to 198 MPH, odd.

Mine was limited to 135 and I hit it a couple of times. With the ap I've hit 149.
