Here is my 4 channel.

Should i use ch 1 and 2 only? Or split the rca to all 4 and use 1 underseat on ch 1/2 and the other on 3/4?
Also where should each of my settings knobs be at? The range. Like the lowest/highest for each. If i do use ch 3/4 should i turn bass eq off? Also what filter should be on?

Here is the 2 channel for my sub. Setting ranges for this?

Thanks again!
I wouldn't use the 4 channel amp to power the sub. If you bridge 2 channels you need at least a 4 ohm load. So you would have to wire the sub at 8 ohms. That's not gonna be enough power.

The mrp m500 is not a 2 channel amp. It's a mono amp and it can handle the 2 ohm load.

Bass eq should be off.

Ya thats what im doing. The 4 channel is just for the underseat subs.
How should these be wired to the 4 channel. Ch. 1/2 or bridged and use all 4 channels? Settings?

The mono amp is going to be for my trunk sub. Sub is wires parallel for a 2ohm load. Settings for this?

Thanks

The underseats are 4 ohm so you can bridge them.

Start with a 60 hz high pass filter on the underseats and a 60hz low pass filter on the sub. Bass boost off, and gains should be set with a multimeter. Set the gain before setting the filters.

Cool thanks. I just read that the underseats are rated at 70w x 2 at 4ohms? If i bridge the 4 channel The amp will put out 150w x 2 at 4ohms. Will i blow them?

Set the gain around 75-100 watts with a multimeter. Since the underseat speakers are only going to be playing down to 60hz they can handle some extra power.

Ok so i got it all hooked up. Except trunk sub. To be honest. The underseats have so much bass they overpower the system now. So what i wanna do is power the front speakers. Im gonna get the same output thing technic uses and do it. Unless i have my eq not right. Any ideas to bring the highs up a little?

I think it's a good idea to amp the fronts. I would start with the eq flat. Make small changes from there.

Ok i think i got it sounding pretty good. May need to tweak it a little more but it sounds GREAT right now. Thanks everyone for your help. I really appreciate it. If anyone in MD needs help i can help. I might still amp fronts but that will be later.

Does anyone know what those extra wires are next to the bluetooth box? Looked like another antenna plug, then there was an unused antenna input on the box its self. Ill post pics later. There were also wires near my stock amp. On the wheel hump.

glad you got it figured out.

The unused wires by the Bluetooth are most likely for the satellite radio and the ones by the amp are for the cd changer.

Hey guys so i noticed something today. When i turn car on the speakers get a quick static pop sound. Like when you plug your headphone into your ipod. Normal?

New to the forum and looking for a Technic Harness. Can't PM yet.

Have a 2011 e93 with Hifi stereo (tweeters up front, four door speakers). Looking to switch out the amp to MS-8. Please help.

Thanks.
